We believe in a streamlined and collaborative approach to delivering exceptional results. Our process is designed to ensure transparency, efficiency, and client satisfaction at every stage.
1. Design Consultation
During our Design Consultation, our design expert will collaborate with you to understand your project and delve into the specifics, ensuring that all aspects of budget, materials, and lead-time are covered to meet your expectations for your custom range hood.
2. review and pricing
Once the quotation for your project has been approved, the first step in commencing fabrication is to submit a 50% deposit.
3. Final CAD-Sketch approval
We use the information gathered from our consultation to design your range hood. A final CAD drawing will be shared with you for review and approval before proceeding with fabrication. You will have three opportunities to request modifications within five days.
4. Fabrication
We will communicate with the client every step of the way during the fabrication process, updating them weekly on the project's progress. Fabrication is a five-phase process which take up to 11-13 week. The five phases are creating parts, laser cutting, assembly, finishing and quality control.
5. Quality control
During this exciting stage, you will have the chance to conduct a quality control check on your custom range hood that has been finalized. This can be completed either in person or via video call for clients located outside of Texas.
6. delivery
Now your hood is ready for pickup or delivery. We ship anywhere in the United States and we work with your local contractor to walk them through the installation.
